Using AI: Photos to Rubrics

Similia’s Photos to Rubrics feature helps you turn a photo of a visible physical symptom into repertory rubrics you can use in your analysis.

Availability: This is a Pro feature and uses AI credits.

What it does

1. The AI looks at the image and extracts a short list of specific symptom phrases (location + appearance/condition).
2. Similia then searches and suggests the most relevant rubrics for those symptom phrases (so you can add them to your repertorization).

The AI is not a medical diagnostician. It helps translate what’s visible into repertory language—you decide what is clinically relevant.

How to use Photos to Rubrics

1. Open a Case and create/open an Analysis.
2. Click Analyze Photo (camera icon).
3. Step 1: Upload Photo

• Upload one photo (JPG/PNG/JPEG).

4. (Optional) Select Repertory for Analysis (the repertory where rubrics will be suggested).
5. Click Analyze.
6. Review Suggested Rubrics and add the ones that truly fit your case.

Tips

• Use a clear, well-lit photo (better input = better suggestions).
• Analysis may take up to about a minute.
• If you run out of credits, you’ll be prompted to purchase more.

Privacy
