There are five Pro plans, Pro (Base) and four editions (Murphy, Complete, Saine and Suggesta 2.1), and each can be billed monthly, annually or every 3 years (the 3-year plan is not offered in India or with Turkey's regional pricing). A monthly or annual subscriber can move to the 3-year plan with **Switch to 3 years** in the Shop; see also "Similia Pricing and Subscription FAQ". Pro (Base) can also be bought once as **Lifetime Pro** (see below). **Trial:** Pro subscriptions have a **14-day free trial** for **first-time subscribers**, subject to an eligibility check at checkout. If a trial is refused, contact support to request a review. Offline mode is not part of the trial: it starts once the subscription is active. Pro features include: * **Unlimited Cases & Analyses** * **AI Photo & Notes Analysis** (**Analyze Photo**, **Notes to Rubrics**, **Upload Notes**) * **Live Audio Mode (Beta)**, which transcribes a consultation as it happens. In the **Transcribe + AI analysis** session mode it also detects symptoms and adds rubrics during the consultation. The automatic rubrics need a premium repertory (Murphy, Suggesta 2.1, Complete, Saine, Meditative or Griffith), so Pro (Base) and Lifetime Pro on their own transcribe and detect symptoms but add no rubrics. * **Case Timeline** (AI-powered timeline extraction, from the **Timeline** button in case notes) * **Similia AI (Beta)** (AI Chat) * **AI Analysis (Beta)** (AI case analysis), which also needs at least one premium repertory: Murphy, Complete, Saine or Suggesta 2.1 (from your edition or an add-on), the Meditative or Griffith add-on (not available on the 3-year plan or in India), or Suggesta 2.1 from an earlier one-time purchase. Meditative and Griffith are chosen under **Advanced** in the AI Analysis window. Pro (Base) on its own cannot start an AI Analysis. * **Periodic Table of Elements** and Jan Scholten's **Plants Table** (under **Scholten Tables**) * **Jan Scholten's Materia Medica series** * **Materia Medica Search** (keyword and semantic) across the classic library, Jan Scholten's series and the premium/add-on MM sources you own (e.g., Murphy, Pitt, Mangialavori 100, Meditative, Griffith) * **Offline mode (Beta)** in the installed Similia app, not in a browser tab (see "Using Similia Offline (Beta)") * **My Notes**, the **Remedy Comparison Chart**, **Repertory Additions**, highlighting and annotating the Materia Medica, sending a copy of a case to another Similia user (the recipient does not need Pro), and creating a proving in **Provings Lab** (anyone you add to a proving can take part with a Similia account) * Advanced repertorization options: rubric filters by grade and number of remedies, kingdom/family filters, the **Balanced**, **Small remedies** and **Small rubrics** sort methods (Free sorts by **Sum of Degrees** or **Number of Rubrics**), and more than four clipboards per analysis * **100 AI credits per month** on Pro subscriptions, added at each monthly renewal, or for the whole term at once on annual and 3-year plans. AI-toolkit operations use credits. ## Lifetime Pro **Lifetime Pro** is Pro (Base) paid once ($1,999 · €1,699 · £1,499) or in 12 monthly payments of $199 · €169 · £149 each. It includes the Pro (Base) features, offline mode included, and 1,000 AI credits once, with no monthly credit allowance. There is no free trial. It is sold in US dollars, euros and pounds, and is not offered in India or Turkey. Lifetime Pro on its own includes no premium repertories or books. Lifetime Pro holders can buy them once as **Lifetime Pro add-ons**, kept for as long as the licence lasts: **Murphy MetaRepertory**, **Nature's Materia Medica**, **Complete Repertory**, **Saine Repertory**, **Suggesta 2.1** and **Mangialavori 100**. The **Lifetime Pro Bundle** includes Lifetime Pro together with the Murphy MetaRepertory, Nature's Materia Medica, Complete Repertory, Saine Repertory and Suggesta 2.1 add-ons. To run an AI Analysis, a Lifetime Pro holder needs the Murphy MetaRepertory, Complete Repertory, Saine Repertory or Suggesta 2.1 add-on. The Meditative, Griffith and Richard Pitt packages are not available with Lifetime Pro. Buying Lifetime Pro ends an existing subscription, together with its edition and add-ons, and credits the unused time already paid for. Full details are in "Lifetime Pro: Pay Once for Similia Pro". ## Add-ons (optional) Some resources are separate add-ons, most of them managed from the Shop: * **Suggesta 2.1** and **Mangialavori 100 Remedies Materia Medica** (included in Pro (Suggesta 2.1 edition), or added to Pro (Murphy), Pro (Complete) or Pro (Saine) as the **Mangialavori add-on**; as one-time purchases they are sold only to Lifetime Pro holders, and accounts that bought them earlier keep them). The Mangialavori add-on has no Shop card: add it with **Add to subscription** in the window that opens when you choose Suggesta 2.1 or Mangialavori 100, and remove it in Settings → Plan & billing. * **QRep 5** (one-time purchase, permanent access) * **Complete Repertory translations**: German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Turkish (one-time purchases; require an active Complete Repertory subscription, so not available with the Lifetime Pro add-on; the German translation is not sold in India or Turkey) * **Meditative Provings Package** (subscription add-on; requires an active Pro subscription) * **Griffith Package** (subscription add-on; requires an active Pro subscription) * **Richard Pitt Package** (subscription add-on; requires an active Pro subscription) The Meditative, Griffith and Richard Pitt packages are not available on the 3-year plan, in India, or on a subscription billed in Indian rupees (₹). Other one-time books and repertories (Vermeulen, The Lacs, Dreams Repertory, Saine Summaries and Monographs, Jeremy Sherr Provings and more) are listed in "Which Homeopathic Resources are Included in Similia?". If you already have **Pro (Murphy)**, you can add **Complete Repertory 2026**, **Saine Repertory 2025** or the **Mangialavori add-on**. If you already have **Pro (Complete)**, you can add **Murphy**, **Saine Repertory 2025** or the **Mangialavori add-on**. If you already have **Pro (Saine)**, you can add **Murphy**, **Complete Repertory 2026** or the **Mangialavori add-on**. If you already have **Pro (Suggesta 2.1)**, you can add **Murphy**, **Complete Repertory 2026** or **Saine Repertory 2025**. The Murphy, Complete, Saine and Mangialavori add-ons are billed on the same cycle as your subscription (monthly, annual or 3-year). Pro (Base) cannot take them: use **Switch plan** in the Shop to move to an edition instead.
